The F Words

They say 

"Don't you use that F word!" 

Which word are they speaking of, 

due to all of those words that begin with that letter?

Is "the F word"

the word "f**k"

really the only inappropriate word out there?

How about this other word I know of,

that begins with the same letter. 

Used against all of the LGBTQ+ people out there?

Or to criticize anyone with this cruel term. 

That too is a painful word that should be addressed. 

Please say you agree, 

that this word is not okay. 

All the negativity, 

the pointless homophobia, 

It is completely unnecessary, 

It should not be happening. 

It should be erased from everyone's vocabulary,

Never be condoned, 

and never be spoken. 

Accept us all, speak with love and kindness,

It makes the world more happy, more lovely, and more clean.
