The demons

The demons

A Poem by Decaf

I run from the demon shooting out of my mouth

This place is full of fire I got to run i got to run

through the flames to get what makes

me happy because in the night I cry out for what has hurt me

today I ran from the place I live now I have to run from him as comes after me

Im running from the demon of death

running through the flames

As he attacks it gets harder to hide

now that he is right in front of me

I see the end and he is going to win

I have put up a fight but the fight is not over and the chase

has begun

As he runs thru the flames he has power over what has been slain

I'm running from the demon of death as he captures me in the one

place that I thought I could make it  I stare into his eyes

I have found that I wont win the fight of life but I'm still here I'm

still alive.
