Lonely Days, Lonely Nights

Lonely Days, Lonely Nights

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Lonely days, lonely nights

One is a lonely number, they say

Need a friend to talk to

Every now and then...

Lift my spirits up when I am feeling blue

You my dear friend, do that for me...

Dandelions in spring can't compare to the sunshine you bring to my heart

A friend in need is a friend in deed, they say

You are that kind & gentle creature that whispers in my ear

Sweetie, everything will be okay...

Lonely days, lonely nights

One is a lonely number, they say

Need a friend to talk to

Every now and then...

Lift my spirits up when I am feeling blue

You my dear friend, do that for me...

No one can take your place, no one can fill your shoes

I have a true friend in you...

Golden memories we make

Harvesting smiles and playful grins

Thank you for being there for me

Se la vi!
