Amazed at the way you made me smile

Blushing all the while

Could my heart beat any faster? Am I headed for disaster?

Darling, dare I fall in love with you all over again?

Even unto the end... of time, you look so devine

Fascinated by the way you made me laugh

Glad to have had the chance to really get to know you better

Heartbroken when you said good-bye, it made me cry

I never meant to fall in love with you, it just happened that way

Juggling my feelings and my emotions in the winds of time

Kindling a fire that burns in my soul with sweet desire

Longing for you even in my dreams, searching for moon beams

Melancholey tunes playing in my ears, and I am shedding tears

No one can fill the empty void in my life since we are apart

Only you can close this hole in my heart

Poetic words I search for as I try to write you out of my mind

Quite absurd it seems to me, that you would be so unkind

Romancing the notion that perhaps I spoke too fast

Said something stupid or spoke out of turn

There has to be a reason you changed your mind about us

Unless you were playing headgames with me all along

Venting with words as I write tonight, trying so hard to understand

What it is about me that you do not like or do not trust

X actly what is it that I have done to offend you, my friend, I'd like to know

You could at least play fair with me, for I have been completely honest with you

The ABC's of love carried by the Zepher Wind. You did a great work with this lament to loving and losing before it even really got started. An emotional writing. Sometimes we wonder just what went wrong in a relationship and carry the blame on our own shoulders. But a there are those that just want to play at love and it seems that might be the type you encountered in this work. Great insight and writing.
