The Heat And The Passion

The Heat And The Passion

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

T he heat and the passion of hot summer nights

H as me recalling the times we shared under satin sheets

E venings spent making sweet love

H ow could I not help but fall helplessly in love with you

E verytime you touched me in that special way

A  fire stirred in my very soul leaving me breathless

T onight I am dreaming of you holding me in your arms once again

A m so lost without your warm embrace

N eeding you so much it hurts

D eep inside of me

T he heat and the passion of my desire still lingers

H eavy on my mind tonight as I write my poetry

E venings like this leave me so lonely and longing

P assionate kisses that gave me butterflies in my stomach

A romantic adventure with the man of my dreams

S tars in my eyes whenever you gazed my way

S o sexy and so handsome a man you are

I  get weak at knees just thinking about you

O h how I wish you were here with me tonight

N o other can ever take your place in my heart
