Skin To Skin

Skin To Skin

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Just want to be held by you

One more time

Is that too much too ask

To feel your touch

Skin to skin

To know you

As a lover

To know you

As no other

Gosh, I miss you so much

I dream about you sometimes

Even in my dreams

You never notice me

I awaken

To utter loneliness

Wish I could talk to you

But you are so far away

Wish I knew what to do

To prove to you

My love is real

Just want to be held by you

One more time

This is a very sad but beautiful way of chaneling those desires and hues of pain with these comely words. I loved the poem. It flowed very well. You words were beautiful!
