It Is Scary Out ThereA Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa(please don't drink and drive)I t is so scary out there T oo many drunks on the road
I lost my son to a drunk driver not so very long ago S cary as hell it really is, out there on the road
S he took her keys and left for the evening C an't reason with her tonight A lot of stress, too much for one soul to bear R eally hope she will be okay tonight Y ou know I don't know what I would do if I were to lose another child
O ut there on the road, with a glass of wine in her hand U nlikely she will listen to me when I tell her how worried I am T onight I pray she will be okay
T hey say I worry too much and you can't just stop living, you have to go on H e wouldn't want us to fret but I'll bet you ten to one, he would have E nded up taking her keys away from her tonight R obert was that kind of a man, very precautious E veryone says that I worry too much, I just hope and pray she'll be all right © 2009 Deborah Leah KrempaReviews
