Dear Jeffrey Lynn

Dear Jeffrey Lynn

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Dear Jeffrey Lynn

It's your heart I long to win

It's been so many years

I've cried so many tears

Wish I knew how to find you

I feel like such a fool

I stay up too late at night

No one to hold me tight

Cry myself to sleep

Wishing you were here with me

Dear Jeffrey Lynn

All these years where have you been

I need you here with me

Oh, can't you see

Stayed up too late drinking wine

Wish I could make you mine

Dear Jeffrey Lynn

It's your heart I long to win
