Time Goes By So Fast

Time Goes By So Fast

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Time goes by so fast

Our children grow up

Right before our very eyes

It wasn't so long ago

My little girls played dress-up

Wearing mama's big fancy dresses

Trying to fit in my high-heel shoes

Playing with dolls and playing house

Riding tricycles and skinning their knees

First high school crush

The senior prom

Graduation Day

My sweet little girls

Are now grown-up women

With children of their own

Watching time fly by
