Old Socks and Broken RecordsA Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa(guess you can tell i've got writer's block)I'm tired like an old pair of socks Been through the washing machine Too many times Now they are full of holes No one darns socks anymore Nowadays they just throw them away I sound like a broken record Keep on repeating myself Too many times Broken records can't help but skip So into the trash-can they go Old socks that use to keep my feet warm Now tattered and torn and discarded Old records that played sweet melodies Now replaced by Cd's Woe is me
