She's BrokenA Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
Life isn't always fair Some things you can't change Like a failed marriage A broken home A death in the family Some things you can't change Words spoken out of anger Can't be taken back A slap in the face Or the blow of a fist Some things you can't change Sometimes I wonder why Things happen the way they do Seem to turn out so bad You know it hurts so deep inside Living with these sad memories Some things you can't change She's broken She is me
