Hitting Rock Bottom

Hitting Rock Bottom

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Hitting Rock Bottom

Once you hit rock bottom

There's no place to go but up

You can crawl into a shell

Inside yourself

Not wanting to be found

Or you can crawl out from under

The hole you dug yourself into

Once you hit rock bottom

It's all up to you
