So Tired Of Pain

S o tired of pain

O f hurting so much

 

T imes goes by so slowly

I carry the weight of the world on my shoulders

R eaching out for a pain pill doesn't take it away

E veryday I seem to ache even more than the

D ay before, as this pain never seems to stop

 

O n top of all this I find myself sorely depressed

F or my life it does seem has not treated me well

 

P ain has taken it's toll on my mind, body and soul

A ntidepressants don't even work, it just gets worse

I  see a psychiatrist but she doesn't understand

N ot a pill can she give me to make my life grand

Wow. First of all, I can truly relate to this. I like the form and the way you show the futility of it all. Each verse is its own point and they come together wonderfully.

I like how the thought carries from line to line and it's not just a collection of random thoughts based on the theme of the acrostic. Really nice that way!
