Time has the tendency to erase the emotions that we treasure but impart it's our mind with time as the highway's heartbeat. If we didn't have that heartbeat our lives would be lost in a never ending world of tears. Those emotions continue to be viewed but they are more distant, which is good because otherwise we would go crazy.
