My Knight

My Knight

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
"

(Just for fun)

"

tis such a hot summer night

under the moonbeams and the stars so bright

art thou riding gallant stallions in the distance

art thou my knight in shining armor

arrayed in pure snow white

just to touch thy hands

lay me down on burning sands

kiss my wanting lips to thine

tis such a hot summer night
