A Kiss Is Just A Kiss

A Kiss Is Just A Kiss

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

A kiss is just a kiss

K issing you is what I miss

I miss kissing you like we use to do

S o come on over here and kiss me my friend

So come on over here and kiss me again

I love you honey

S o very much

J ust snuggling up with you babe

U nder the covers

S mooching

T onight

A kiss is just a kiss

Kissing you is what I miss

I miss kissing you like we use to do

S o come on over here and kiss me my friend

S o come on over here and kiss me again

kiss is not just a kiss
must continue to practice
to get it right
i feel everything
though the touch of my lips
such sensitivity

as you look in the eyes
to see the soul
it is as you kiss
to feel the soul
bear down hard
and feel the soul

What a fun acrostic trip you give us. I really enjoyed the playful nature of it and nothing with in betrays that. So often in acrostic work, none line will just not fit. You have no such problem here - they all work wonderfully.

Great write!

It was very well arranged, too.
Great work!
