Her only son

Her only son

A Story by Deborah Leah Krempa

As she stands at the edge of the forest, a woman of Cherokee heritage, must choose which path to take on her journey to bury her only son. There are many roads in life that we travel on, but this is the hardest she has ever known. She prays for strength from the Great Spirit to guide her steps along the way.
