A jeweler

A jeweler

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

In search of a jeweler

to mend my broken heart

The chain I wear is tarnished

and needs a silversmith

A heart needs molded back together

To face this stormy weather

Ahead of me

For my heart is broke in two

It use to be a locket

With a picture of me and of you

The chain let go and broke it's hold

The heart fell to the floor

When you walked out our door

I am in search of a jeweler

to mend my broken heart

wonderful imagery and writing, but sad. Thank you for sharing
