Prince Charming

Prince Charming

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Once upon a time

I believed in fairy tales

Prince Charming and happy endings

I would meet him

He would come and rescue me

Sweep me off my feet

Send me bouquets of roses

and chocolate candies

Everything would be so dandy

Once upon a time

I thought the world was mine

and everything would be just fine

until I met you

I like this! So many women dream of prince charming and soon realize the one they are with isn't him! I love how you expressed yourself. Very good!
