Silouettes*

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

S ilouettes of you and I as we dance

I  love the way you hold me close

L ove the way you bend with me

L ove the way you dance with me

O ut on the marble dance floor

U nderneath a crystal chandelier

E legantly dancing as we embrace

T o a lovely romantic melody

T wo silouettes romancing

E ach other on the marble dance floor

S ilouettes of you and I as we dance

A superb acrostic poem indeed! I could just imagine those two sillouettes
twirling and spinning around happy and in love. You penned this well!

This is a beautiful accrostic poem.

I just adore the way you do that and some how still make it sound as charming as it looks. Nice work!

incredible acrostic. it flows so smoothly I wouldn't have noticed if it had not been pointed out.

Love the way it flows free like the billowy fabric of a ball gown. Admiring your acrostic talent. Brie

I admire those who have the patience to write acrostics. I will start one - then the lines come out differently and I wind up just making it a poem lol. nicely done here - I can see the couple dancing as I read.
