Everybody's dancingA Poem by Deborah Leah KrempaEverybody's dancing and romancing I'm sitting on the sidelines Time is passing me by But I don't mind at all No I don't mind at all
Everybody's laughing and having a ball I'm sitting here a flower on the wall But I don't give a care No I don't give a care at all
Everybody's making eyes at everybody else I blink my eyes and realize I'm sitting here all by myself Like an empty vase placed upon a shelf Like a lonely lost elf
Lord send me April showers So I might blossom with May flowers I'll be dancing in the sunshine And feeling oh so fine © 2008 Deborah Leah KrempaReviews
