On a loft up high!

On a loft up high!

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

on a loft up high

he said with a sigh

bury me on a loft up high

when the time comes for me to die

keep not my ashes in an urn

set my spirit free so i may return

bury me not deep in the ground

set my spirit free so i may return

on a loft up high

he said with a sigh

bury me on a loft up high

when the time comes for me to die

on a loft up high

where eagle's soar

across the sky

he said with a sigh

bury me there

and do not cry

How i loved the ending... this is truly a great piece... Sound like a suicide note my friend wrote... kinda of!

Truly a wonderful write and such a pleasurable read. I love the imagery of this and the way it flowed so carelessly with such a wonderful class about it.

Great Job!!!!!!

I have to say, I have tears in my eyes. It just sounds like something my grandpaw would have said.
Awesome!!!
