My dog

My dog is my companion, my best friend

He comforts me when I'm lonely

He kisses me when I'm sad

He nudges me when I'm down

He makes me smile instead of frown

He loves to do tricks

Like sit pretty, roll over and shake hands

He obeys my every command

His friendship is loyalty

He treats me like royalty

He's just an ordinary mutt

But he's my favorite pup
