If words could killA Poem by Deborah Leah KrempaI recall the harsh words you said They were sharper than a razor's edge As you left and slammed the door It nearly hit me in the face I felt so out of place I remember how you called me names How you thought that I was playing games
Inside your head Inside your head Inside your head
You know if words could kill then I'd be dead Sad part is I'll never forget the things you said You hurt me and you know it's true I never did a thing to you It was you who made me blue It was you
You never knew how to be true to my heart You were unfaithful from the very start Everything you touch you tear apart
So good-bye So long Fare thee well Go to hell
This love is dead This love is dead This love is dead
