Small

Small

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
"

(just how i feel tonight)

"

Sometimes

you feel small

like nothing really matters at all

like you're just insignificant

there's no where to run

and no where to hide

from yourself

no one to

talk to

to listen

no one to care

you feel small

like nothing really matters at all

Sometimes

Honest and short. Good structure to the poem, I like the hour glass look. Many people can relate to these personal words.

I truly believe that we all have been to this lowly state at some point in this lifetime.

Sad but so true.
No matter how much we try to feel in-charge of our lives and our decisions, at the end of the day we realize that there is much more that is beyond our control.
It's a helpless feeling and there's no cure for it.

Nice write.
I like the structure as well.
