Thinking of you!

Thinking of you!

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
"

(lost my son last April, miss him dearly)

"

thinking of you

it's just beginning to sink in

i'll never be able to see you again

your vibrant smile

the twinkle in your eyes of blue

the way i use to hold your hand

when you were just a kid

your gentle kiss upon my cheek

your hugs so sweet

my darling son

thinking of you

and the things we use to do

like walks in the park

long talks well after dark

early morning sunrises

and evening sunsets

sweet surprises

no more

thinking of you

star wars and luke skywalker

the dukes of hazard

and miss daisy of course

wonder woman and the incredible hulk

dr spock and captain kirk

just to name a few

memories

left for me

alone

thinking of you

my darling

son...

This really brings tears to my eyes. I'm so sorry for your tragic loss of your son. I'm not sure how you deal with it. It would be completely shattering. I do like how you bring back memories here and the toys he liked. A very special poem for which you paid too huge a price; so much pain and suffering.
