Letter to Bobby (#2)

Letter to Bobby (#2)

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
"

(sometimes I still pray)

"

Sure wish I could send this off to you... you know?

Maybe a postcard, just a stamp would do.

Since I am on the internet, maybe an e-mail or two.

Maybe like we use to do... you know?

But it's not like that anymore...

Nothing is like it was before,

you died!

Damn!

This makes no sense!

Your death, it just don't seem right.

Can't bring you back!

Sure wish I could.

Sure wish I could.

So I sit here at the computer.

And try to find the words I want so much to say.

But they don't come easy.

Sometimes I pray.

Yeah, I still pray.

For all of us you had to leave behind.

I pray for you, to the heaven's above.

I send you, all of my love.

Take care my son.

God's will be done.
