burgandy

Burgandy

A Poem by debileah

Just an invitation.

For a quiet conversation.

A candle lit on a table for two.

A glass of burgandy wine will do.

A bouquet of red roses would be just dandy.

Maybe some dark chocolate candy.

Soft classical music playing on the radio.

A warmed fireplace away from the snow.

A lover's glance.

Some sweet romance.

Hands that touch.

Little things that mean so much.

A bit of Christmas cheer.

Three little words, I love you dear.

Beautiful imagery painted here, so romantic i can feel the warmth of the fire and the soft glow of the candles.
Wonderfully written.

Such a refreshing rendition of classic romance. Really nice. I like this a lot.
