A December WeddingA Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa
It snowed all night. To the children's delight. So they all bundled up in a warm snowsuit. Headed outside in steadfast pursuit. With shovels in hand. They made a plan. To build an igloo to keep them warm. While patiently waiting the next snow storm. The next thing they decided to do. Was build a snowman or two. One was boy and one was a girl. While the chilliest of winter winds did whirl. There was no time for fretting. These two will have a December wedding. Then they built themselves a great big hill Sledding down it was going to be such a thrill. Later they would have a snowball fight. What a fun way to end this night.
