Dark Artisto

She sat there shackled to the wall as I painted.

Someday I'll be the next Picasso. (Yes I will.)

She lost so much blood she almost fainted.

But she's so stubborn she refused to be killed.

I'm not concerned with minor details, just my work of art.

I refuse to let one girl break the spell.

It's true that I love her, the little tart.

But she shall not block my way to hell.

this was a great poem. i pictured a girl chained up in a basement and pleading with some phsyco killer not to take her life...this was really intense and almost a little scary for me.

I liked the idea behind the poem but I think having a period at the end of every line halted the flow for me just a little bit and I thought there should be at least one more line after your last one. Other than that nice write.
