The Prophesy of ElanhillA Poem by DearantlersWrote this for a group. Ain't that great. When the battles rage, And Elanill is lost, The two children of men, Shall come forth. The elves reunite, The dwarves reappear, The fairy’s magic restored, And the birds voice returned. The children of men come together, And the prophesy has begun. By night they look one way, By day they look another, At dawn they look together, At dusk they look apart. The dragons then will come, And the riders atop, To help Elanill, Defeat the foes. The elves and dwarves, Fight side by side, And the fairy’s and birds Come together. They work away their pasts, Their arguing forgotten. With death in the air, The foes shall retreat, The swords stop their ringing, And the prophesy, Will be complete
Side note: Prophesy can be spelled Prophesy and Prophecy. Either one works. © 2012 DearantlersAuthor's Note
