Author's Note

Diamante poems are diamond shaped. You have a noun on top, then two adjectives, then three verbs, then on the middle line you have two nouns for the first word on top, and then two more nouns that go with the word on bottom. Once you get the two nouns for the first noun, than you in reverse order. It's kind of confusing, and I'm horrible at explaining things, so I made it more confusing, but maybe seeing it will help!

I love Diamante poetry. I wrote one once. It started with Mother and ended with Father. I have no idea what happened to it though. This is a great write!
