Crystal Blue EyesA Poem by Deanna Lynn We stand there together, holding each other as the wind blows by. We don't want to let go. We are each others escape from this crazy world.
There we are,
standing, silently, there in the woods.
The crispy leaves crumble as the squirrels scurry by,
and we are just standing there.
I look into your eyes, they are so beautiful.
"Your beautiful baby."
You lean in as your soft lips caress mine.
Her eyes,
What a remarkable color,
shining like a diamond when the sun hits them,
her eyes are beautiful pools of crystal blue.
Everytime I look into them I get lost.
They''re beautiful- she's beautiful.
And she's mine
