Say Whatcha LikeA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)No need to read between the lines here.
If you say I am different I would thank you for the
compliment. You remark, “That I do not
fit in.” My reply, “I don’t want to
conform.” You believe I am outspoken I know I’m exercising my
freedom of speech. So shun me if you like For I realize that you are To ridged to understand The concept of going
against the grain. Look at me with distain I acknowledge it isn’t
hate; But fear of what lies Beyond your little world. Call me crazy for dancing
in the rain And I will feel sorry for
your smile Faded from too much
sunlight. Pronounce me a rebel I will just wink and smile With pride. “You damn straight.” © 2012 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
