Tic Tac ToeA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE) Like
tic tac toe Everyday
is a draw. Mixing
oil and water Is
the poor heart’s version Of
a rainbow. So
green becomes The
new red Till
you are on borrowed dime. Seeing
the whole In
the ozone layer As
the stairway to heaven Is
the religion You
baptized by fire So
lightening can strike More
than once. Rain
produces the puddle To
see your true reflection, Then
the sun dries it up To
show the true meaning Behind
your shadow, “Dreams
and thoughts unshared are
just packaged seeds.” © 2011 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
