Made In (Insert Country Here)

Made In (Insert Country Here)

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

Been reading Dean Koontz Frankenstein series... this popped into my head... but the poem is not about Frankenstein

"

Created with perfect parts

Sewn together with precision,

Still designed by man.

The stitches show

Your first imperfections,

The stitches coming out

Will reveal the rest.

short and to the point. I like it. I think it fits with whatever image the reader has in its head, for me, it reminded me of Oogie Boogie from The nightmare before Christmas. Keep it up!

dual play of metaphors cross stitched with ghostly threads ~involving the audience completely~ much enjoyed this write!~ words for deeper thought to be sure~

I like the logic of the poem. Man's seek everything and forget the steps to doing the tasks correctly. Thank you for the outstanding poem.

Lots in here. Man's imperfections, child labor, cheap clothing. Good short one!

I see the double meanings here. So much cheap clothing that falls apart...and I see a chilling glimpse into the future as well.
