Seeing Too Much(Is A Form of Blindness)A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE) The
wizard’s eyes Became
as black As
the ritual of night, For
the crystal ball Was
full of salty water From
the pain He
could not see. Fears
dry drown In
the Dead Sea Created
by self-made immortality. Images
once foreseen By
his third eye Bleed
from fatal wounds Through
hearts treason. His
final breathes Generate
a dust storm That
will fade between The
boards in the floor He
was too mighty To
look upon. Now
six feet under The
flesh becomes a feast For
creatures not worth his time As
he burns in hell Realizing
with all his third eye saw It
was a blind soul That
became his demise. © 2011 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
