There is too much hatred and some of it is born out of love...sounds strange I know, but it is true nonetheless. Life can change in a heartbeat, not just a hiccup change, but a huge change, stroke/heart attack...swift and deadly, we would do well to consider that when we next think of ways to demean or hatred makes a home in us...
Thank you Dale for this much-needed wake up call...
Though death is not the end
it’s still a solo journey
leaving a void in the hearts
of loved ones
walking the mortal path.
It is also a means to an end
of making your mark
upon the world and humanity.
THIS IS AWESOME BUT I HAVE TO SOMEWHAT
DISAGREE... THIS MY FRIEND, YOUR
BEAUTIFUL HEART WORDS WILL LIVE
LONG AFTER YOU AND I BOTH ARE GONE
I BELIEVE THAT IS THE GIFT OF THE POET
TO LEAVE THE BEST PART ... THEIR HEART WORDS ...
BEHIND LONG AFTER THEY ARE GONE...
THIS MY FRIEND IS A TRUE KEEPER
Hugs and Love

You explore alot of life through this.. with some very hardhitting, moving and wise words! Life in fact is a solo journey.. we are surrounded by many.. but responsible for ourselves.. our destiny and yes in the end .. WE GO ALONE.. we can fantasize other but the shattering reality is fully one which we must live. There are so many ways we can shine.. in love.. in career.. in family.. and hatred has no point .. love conquers all. Loved your full message.. great work!
Wow .. there is so much wisdom in this piece! I like the fact that you put a New York Minute in this because it reminds me of that fatal day when all of us adjusted our way of thinking about the world and what can happen in hours and minutes...great job all the way through... great wisdom too!
This is amazing, the whole idea that moments are tangible, and infinate too...which is true, even when we are all gone, time will exist, though not for us, for the generations long after all of us.
Reminds me of Don Henley...but then again, "New York Minute" is one of my all time fav songs. I'm constantly impressed by your growing skill; when I read your work, I'm never disappointed. This was a beautiful journey.
"hatred has no point,
lover is never pointless."
---words to live by, my friend!
It's better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool
