Nature's Serenade

Nature's Serenade

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

 Sounds of pure droplets

Cascading over leaves and petals

Hums a silent tune of harmony

That can only be heard

Echoing through the chambers

Of the gentle at heart.

Soft pattering of liquid crystals

Massages Mother Earth’s sacred body

So she can sing a song of peace

From the core of her being

To the soul of humanity

As a reminder of God’s hope.

Rainbow kissed showers

Decant like fallen angel’s tears

After listening to the ballad

Of those blinded by faith

Causing an eternal glistening

Lighting the way like an answered prayer.

There is nothing like the miracle

Of nature’s serenade

For just look to the sky and see

It is always heaven sent.

The beautiful imagry and peacefullness of this is mesmerizing....like witnessing the soft rain and feeling the prayer and hope it brings with it.
This is the perfect food for the thought type poem, I feel refreshed and happy from reading it, makes me want to read it more than once to allow the words to seep into my soul.

It's a quiet poem. The music from Nightwish's "Angels Fall First" fit the poem nicely.

It really is heaven sent, anyone who can see the beauty in rain, snow, ice, storms or fire has it made. It is wonderful to watch mother nature at her best and stop and listen to her serenading us all. I love it :)

This was my favorite part. You are a master of imagery, painting your words upon the canvas of my mind. A wonderful write about the liquid that gives us all life. I liked the moving pictures you have put on this one as well. Makes me want to grab a coffee and pull up a chair to watch their movements. Excellent Job!!!

Outstanding R & R Cowboy ! Sigh! I can almost hear the quiet behind the rain. You detail nature in such tenderness and beauty, it makes this Gem a serene, soft touch tribute to mother nature and all her exquisite qualities. once again: OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a magnificent piece of poetry Dale, you are positively shining a bright light in cafe ole' Your phrasing is original and tight. I found this a pleasure to read. I particularly liked;
" From the core of her being
To the soul of humanity
As a reminder of God's hope"
Just amazingly gentle...caressing the senses.
Kudos, big ones (great pictures too)

Helen~
