Mother Nature

Mother Nature

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

A crystal clear stream that reflects

Images of dreams

Flows towards endless destinations.

The sun cast endless rays of light

Upon the dark

To show it doesn’t last forever.

The wind sings a sweet tune

For everyone

So we know we are not alone.

A small bud gracefully blooms

Into a flower

Just like child into an adult.

To appreciate Mother Nature

Is the key to loving life.

You are so right, our world is full of so much beauty but for some odd reason most of us seem to always be focusing on the bad things , why can't we just enjoy all the beautiful and wonderful things that God has given us instead of tormenting ourselves with whats wrong with it or how we can change it.
Beautifully written Dale , as always .
You have given us much to think about.
Another gem for the vault.

Short, sweet, and to the reality of the world around us. I like the comment about the light, it is nice to know that darkness flees when light appears. There is nothing like the beauty that surrounds us.

So much truth in a few lines. Though I have always preferred rhyming poetry, this one speaks to my heart. Nicely done, my friend.

That is good writing. Very close to nature, almost spiritual. We seldom take the time to just appreciate the earth, and nature, and it really is worth taking the time to do. Good poem. Speaks to my heart. V

You bring alive such an amazing truth that as we look at the world around us we can learn about the profound nature of life! This is so uplifting and challenging as well!

This is an extremely weak and banal writing, a lot of work couldbe done here. The characters are pale and unxpressive, no inovation, no personality. It almost as a summary of other poems of this sort. This is barely poetry. But some freshnes and true ideas and thought might make it better. Just work on it, and you can reach it.

Brilliant way of expressing just how special Mother nature is. Nothing can really compare to it, because it has its own sense of beauty. "A crystal clear stream that reflects
Images of dreams" My favorite line.

Today I was driving and in the rearview mirror I saw a sunset. The sun was huge and orange. It dipped below some hills and the sky was pink and orange and blue. You know for a moment I thought I don't take the time to be inspired anymore. I am always on the go and all the things I write about I do not really see it. Mother nature puts out some beautiful things. Especially if we wait long enough to be inspired by it. Beautiful piece. Exquisitely written.
