Get Your Tongue Out Of My Mouth, I'm Trying To Kiss You GoodbyeA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)I want to thank my dear friend Sandy Beaches for the title and challenge
Well of course I packed my suitcase,
Did you think I’d leave without some clothes?
I told you bout this a while ago…
I
guess you were
Too wrapped up in your self again to pay
attention.
Why I couldn’t leave without a few things
And I know you were too busy with Jim Beam.
I can’t see what the big deal is…
It’s not like you will even notice,
Half the time I am a
ghost around here
While
you’re living just to party.
I’ve told you where I
am staying…
Even wrote it down, you probably threw it out
Like
you do my feelings when we talk.
I guess one kiss before I leave wouldn’t hurt…
Damn
girl get your tongue out of my mouth,
I’m kissing you goodbye not taking you to bed.
Once again you’re not listening…
And you wonder why I’m leaving.
