All I Want

Sandy Beaches challenged me to write what I want... here it is

  

When the sun peaks over the distant arisen

All I want is to do the best I can with

The brand new day God has granted me.

 

When I am called upon by loved ones

All I want is the emotional strength

To be a light when things are dark.

 

When I am feeling broken hearted

All I want is the faith to keep hope

That one day someone will fill that crack.

 

When night comes and I lay down to rest

All I want is peace and harmony

For friends, family and strangers.

you could have asked for a brand new car? a big fancy house? more money?? noooo
your big fat heart wants peace, love, friendship and to be the best that you can
