Flower, Bouquet, GardenA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
During this, the toughest of storms Oh my fairest lady I can plainly see You are a radiant flower Whose pollen is the source Where some of the sweetest honey comes from. And he is merely an arrogant bee, Only wanting one thing. Too busy with his own needs To appreciate all the beauty Your silky petals offer To a world in need of color. Just how can I make you see, Truly divine woman, That you’re a bouquet of flowers Arranged so perfectly To out do Any centerpiece at a black tie affair. But he is nothing more Than an empty, cracked vase That cannot hold the water To keep you alive w that takes our breath away. I know when this storm finally passes, And the rain you found harmful Will have made your roots stronger. Then you will finally see, That you are the Garden Of Eden, And he is just an ignorant weed Not worthy to flourish in your soil. © 2009 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Author's Note
