Afternoon Sunroof

Look over the ocean

at the sun setting

like it does everyday.

Look at the rays 

not in disarray,

For it creates a roof

over the ocean

that doesn’t block the sky.

instead it accents the beauty

that lies between

the earth and blue ceiling

in the house that God built.

though. Soon it will will be gone

when the sun hides behind the skyline

while waiting on another day.

But the beauty will always remain

to those fortunate to see the glory

dnd have the heart

to apreciate natural magnificent.
