JanetA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)For a lady at my church that has fully caught my attention to say the leastFrom the moment I saw her captivation hit me at the speed of light. The moment I talked to her I was entranced by her sweet charm. Meeting her at church it would be easy to say she looked like an angel, but that comparison is far too ordinary for her. Her outer beauty is as bright as the afternoon sun on a clear day with an inner beauty that is like the star of Bethlehem, standing out from all the others. in her presence My stomach is a jar of butterflies. My mind the tornado on a Kansas farm. and my heart becomes the roadrunner that the coyote couldn’t slow down. © 2024 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
