Misinspirations

Misinspirations

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

The question about

a tree falling in the forest

with no one around

is a question

that no one can ever answer.

If only I could solve it

is a fantasy

that will live

long before I’m gone.

For sounds are all around us,

but this one will always be

a fugitive on the run.

and to capture it will forever  be

one of many

misinspirations

to an artist like me.

Cool poem. Logically, whether or not we're there to listen, the sounds of falling trees or chittering squirrels still happen, they still exist. Sometimes, our existential musings defy logic, though.

The trees do fall and the bears do s**t in the woods. I enjoyed the poetry. I like the forest myself. A beautiful changing place. Thank you my friend for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.
