A Pine Crest ExperienceA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
As I sit here In the night My eyes wonder To the sky and see More stars than In the rat race life, Suddenly my spirit Is not alone.
I look around and see The pine trees That surround me And my fears know they can
hide Without running away.
It is so dark on the ground That it envelops my soul With natural enlightenment That teaches me what no book has ever done.
I try to breath quietly Because it is quiet That my heart could hear The whispers of love All the way from space. If silence is truly golden Then this is A 24-karat moment.
I take one last look around Before the sun rises And take a picture in my mind That goes in the photo album Of my life And stored in a section labeled priceless.
