Heaven on Earth

Is really just hell

With the kinks

Worked out.

 

The devil is a legend

In his mind

And a figure

Of our imagination,

When you see where is tail points

You’ll understand.

 

Seasons are his weakness

When we let it go

Wherever it may roam.

 

Just let freewill be your sidekick

And the pitchfork

Will become

His kryptonite.

 

Then in the end Genesis

Will be his demise

When heaven and hell collide

With love and hate.

Love and hate two very strong emotions.

A topic of discussion through all the ages that all comes down to our choices. This made me think of a line in the BBC Doctor Who show and he said hell is not so bad it’s just a place for bad people or something like that. I think it’s more complicated but it was funny. I often think hell is earth maybe hell is just not getting into heaven and having to watch it from the outside. But I do try not to engage on this topic right next to politics but then I do:) Thanks for sharing if a poem makes you think and converse than you have something:)
