The best part of your message is that you pass no judgment. Lots of writers would have to say something about the responsibility that comes with freedom of choice. But to me, that's an obvious part of freedom & I love how you deliver this as "blessings beget blessings"! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
I love this thought. Gods given you a paint brush in which to create your life. Brilliant and beautiful

Lovely ... I think the muses were whispering something rather similar in our ears in way of metaphor and message. Loved you very personal take on this.
It's so true! We are the writer as well as the painter of our lives. Try any colour and draw anything... Ultimately you are the creator... So nothing to blame.. At any point we can add more colour to it to make our life picture perfect
well said .. love it Cowboy! i am planting the images firmly in me noodle this morning .. as i venture into our unusual winter wonderland .. i am already painting blossoms on the flowering pears and heads of daffodils erupting ... then the miraculous dogwood, whose blooms are a reminder of Jesus Christ, the Cross and His precious blood that was shed ... in time for Easter ;) i really like this poem sir ..thatks for sharing

Thank you so much. That sounds like a very beautiful picture.
This is lovely Dale. Thank you so much for the mention. I feel humbled to have inspired you to write this poem. Each new day is a blessing. When things don't go to plan, we know we can have a fresh start the next day. You are indeed the artist of your life.
It's better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool
