Rainy Day Muse

 

Little drops of heaven

Bring cleansing to the Earth

And a peace washing my soul.

Content I am to be

In the presence

Of this waterfall

Designed by the architect

That brought us the world.

Never could I ever tire

Of the sight and sounds

From the beauty of this

Often overlooked blessing.

simple yet effective way of communicating, one of the most felt emotion in the world- the emotion we all experience while it is raining. I truly agree with the last 3 words " often overlooked blessing". Nature's gift are never appreciated. " A peace washing my soul" is a great expression.
